Immune Support Zoom & Phone Consults
Due to many requests and my desire to help as many people as possible, I will be opening up room in my busy schedule for zoom or phone consults. These consults are specifically for helping those needing extra guidance and support during this COVID19 pandemic.
I will block out 1 hour for each consult/coaching session and this can be for the whole family, individual, couple etc. These are not medical appointments. There will be no medical chart note, diagnoses made or other medical concerns discussed. Have a pen and paper ready as there will be no formal written treatment plan.
The purpose of the consult is to help you better navigate your health during this COVID-19 pandemic. To better support the immune system via diet, supplements, stress reduction and other lifestyle factors for you and your family. It gives you a chance to ask more specific questions as everyone is unique and has different challenges.
e.g. Do you have a child going back to school and you're not sure what they should be taking to help support their immune system?
